WEEK 6 DAY-25  18.08.2025 (Monday) On the 25th day of the first phase teaching practice at H.S. for Girls, Karunagappally, the activities were carried out effectively. We arrived at the school around 9 am and marked our attendance by 9:25 am, then prepared for the day ahead. As the Onam exam began, there was no morning assembly, and we did not have exam duty, so we engaged in other productive activities. During lunch break, we assisted in serving the mid-day meal and marked attendance for the afternoon session. Two fellow trainees took exam duty, and we left the school around 3:15 pm after gathering our belongings. INNOVATIVE WORK FIRST PHASE

Image
Innovative Work As part of the First Phase Innovative Work in the B.Ed. programme, I prepared a scrapbook depicting the concept of covalent bonding , focusing on single, double, and triple bonds . The scrapbook visually represents how atoms share electrons to form different types of covalent bonds, using simple diagrams, illustrations, and explanations. This innovative approach was designed to help students easily understand abstract chemical concepts through visual learning. The activity promoted creativity, conceptual clarity, and learner engagement. Preparing this scrapbook enhanced my subject knowledge and reinforced the importance of using creative teaching aids to simplify complex scientific concepts in the classroom.
